You cann't do it in US (or Canada). Search the forum for additional info.

Why do you think we can't do biometric in US? If parent have valid US visa, they should be able to do in US. I know they have to be legally present in US for biometric, they should be able to schedule online and then legally enter US to give biometric?

Why do you think we can't do biometric in US? If parent have valid US visa, they should be able to do in US. I know they have to be legally present in US for biometric, they should be able to schedule online and then legally enter US to give biometric?

This is based on the second hand information from this forum.

But if the legally enter in US, I believe they should not have any problem to do the biometrics.

Yes Biometrics can be done in USA.

Fingerprints / Biometrics is done in Canada by CiC authorized agency which was Commissioners Security. We got the request for another case in past and was done at Commissioners Security's office.
