In Financial Evaluation form - Question #13 asks whether we are employed or self-employed.
In my case, I have a small corporation and work for myself as an employee under the same corporation. It seems, either option (choosingemployee or self-employed) works for me.
Are we required to submit any employment letter (if selecting employed) or paper work for proof that we own a corporation (if selecting self-employed)?
Will someone kindly clarify this question for me? Does long term disability benefit count towards income? I was on a disability leave for two years and my benefits were non taxable. They don’t show on my notice of assessment. I don’t know how to claim them on the income sources form...
imm 5768 does not allow to type number in question 7 (total number of persons...), does anyone have the same technical issue? This is the new form they uodated.
A.1 My understanding is that my disability income was a source of income, but I can't show it on imm5748 form, because it does not show up on my NOA.
A.2 I have talked to Canada Revenue and also my insurance provider. Sunlife says since I had paid taxes on premiums, my disability is non-taxable and hence they do not provide a tax from for it. Canada Revenue said if Sunlife does not provide a tax form, there's no way I could claim it, and for it to show in my NOA. So that's how my income is not showing on line 150...

Firstly, if we can link the application online but there is no update on ecas, what that means ... ???
Secondly the application date after linking the application should be application recieve date or the day they link the application or vet the application.
Is something wrong with Form # 1344 ...have to validate every time and giving error (co-signer contact information) whenever I am opening it...there is number at the bottom right of it which changes every time (even when i am giving printing command)

Yes everytime you open it will validate. So fill it up once validate print. If you keep opening and closing it will validate each and every time. It is normal

Then your application did not get yet permanent number, as the agent advised me, application only are possible to link, when they get permanent numbers starting from F.
Thanks buddy. There was a popup message on ecas, advising to link application online, hence was trying. But good to know about this temp/ permanent file theory.

hi...all I am almost there completing the application package.....I do have a question that in additional dependent/declaration form does this form needs to be fill up by the principal applicant ? my dad does not have any dependents.....but this is the only form it asks for a travel history? no other forms that I see its asking for travel history....so is this mandatory to fill up even if he does not have dependents? thanks.
