No, I don't think I want to block the hotline for such a question since there is nothing I can do about it... I think we all need to remember that CIC considers its 12 month processing time as being from "the day they receive the application" to "the day we make a decision" (DM), so I will just try to relax and have faith that things will work out.

Savings from my partner's job and an inheritance I received. Do you think bank account statements of our savings, my partner's latest tax returns/paystubs and a letter of financial support from his parents would be sufficient? We submitted all this originally but I don't know what else I could take. It was my understanding that there is no income requirement for common-law sponsorship so I'm worried

We had same sort of situation financially and we had a letter from lawyer and bank statements and they reviewed it and all was good.

No problem! My husband also landed in London. Just bring all the documents you have and when they ask show them and explain situation and you should be good

We are in a similar situation. Husband received AIP on May 4 and I (sponsor) on May 10. DM on sponsor side only and it's been 4 weeks...... We are in Calgary.

December applicants are already getting landing interviews... On the other hand, Quebec still not moving.

Most December applicants like myself haven't even had their BGC start.

The layout on gckey changed for me, so maybe they're changing it for voice interaction as well, or at least working on something. The information is the same, just not in a table anymore.
