Wes IELTS have to be done upfront right then how did you enter pool

My program does not require a IELTS or medical upfront and we do not need to enter pool either. I guess you are in Express Entry.

Took me 5 weeks from the time I sent it via web till “you have passed the medical exams”

Got GCSM today. They transferred my file to LVO Calgary.
Paper file transfer: REASON: TRF ELIGIBILITY
