Hi I am 20th March AOR 2018, Application received 22nd Feb'19, ECAS status changed from "In Process" to "Application Received" on 5th April'19

I’v Got GCMS notes and my medical was due yesterday still haven’t got anything. Just wondering is it just a date or they actually work accordingly.
