Yes, GCMS notes, or also, if you have received any correspondence on your file by email (SA, or request for more information, etc) it will say at the bottom of the letter. If the bottom of your letter says “Innovation Hub Montreal,” they likely sent your file there for work sharing and there is a huge backlog— none of us are getting any movement

You can also ask where your file is if you can call IRCC and actually talk to an agent! They won’t always tell you, I think, but some will.

I think I may call this week. I know there are others in October that are still waiting but I also thought ours would have been straightforward.
Our application was received on the Oct 24.

Just wondering, for those that contacted CIC did you call or email and did you just enquire about the status or did you ask other questions as well?

This makes me so sad... This whole process has just been so stressful. I'm a Nov. QC applicant and I still didn't even get MR yet. And to be eligible for RAMQ, we apparently need AIP, so I'm now trying to find affordable insurance until there's an update :'(

On the other hand, I am happy for everyone whose applications went quick! Congrats and I am hoping that for the rest of us, especially the July August QC applicants, things will go quicker from now on! Wishing everyone the best in this stressful process, at least we are not alone!

You are definitely not alone heck I’m not even in QC! Rooting for you

(I know it’s frustrating not even having medical yet... but on the bright side, if there’s this delay, at least you don’t have to worry about having your results expire and having to do the medical over again! )

When I log into the Online Tool it says "decision made" on both Sponsors side and principal applicant side.
We recieved a letter confirming the sponsors eligibility on may 10th

What concerns me, is that there is no letter yet for the PA yet but it shows "decision made"
When can we expect an answer towards the DM on PA side?
DM can mean refused or accepted, just worried that since we haven't gotten an letter yet that it might get rejected

Also my MyCiC profile shows that the PA is still in process which strikes me as odd since the MyCiC is supposed to he more accurate?

Just wait for PA approval letter or AIP don’t worry too much if you didn’t receive any additional documents and straight to DM I think that’s positive results congratulations!

Yes it is normal there are some here after days, weeks or even months but still the results is positive. Coz if they have concerns on your application they gonna send you a PFL or asking you both for a relationship interview. Just relax it’s only 3 days the time you received SA approval

And forget about Ecas it’s not updated at all even when you call the IRCC hotline like for me I’m just waiting for my landing appointment but Ecas and hotline automated system says, “we are reviewing your eligibility” and still background check in progress lol
