Contacted my local MP and got response from immigration saying that they are currently working March 2018 applications and they "anticpate" to get around my application in 8-10 weeks.... wait continues...

If you’d planned to move to BC, you could have asked for a change of address a while ago. In future your paper file would be transferred from Mississauga office to an office in BC and then once it has satisfied an officer in BC; you’d be invited to take the test.

From what I understand, your file won't move to BC automatically. You will have to request in writing by sending a letter to Mississauga office explaining that you are moving to BC and the office where you want them to move your file to. Someone with more experience might be able to shed more light on it.
I just called IRCC and they informed me that I'm scheduled for the test on 1 June but they said "it's not confirmed until you receive the invite formally". Does anyone have a similar experience? How credible are those call center agents? I'm a March applicant.

After a long wait of 18+ months I received my test invite today.
Here is my timeline:
Application Received: Oct 16th 2017
AOR: Nov 15th 2017
In Process: Nov 23rd 2017
CIC Sleeping: Entire 2018
FP Request: Mar 26th 2019
Test Invite: May 09th 2019
Test Date: May 23rd 2019 @ Mississauga 7:45 AM
Please update the spreadsheet, finally the test invite received for May 23, 2019 at 3085 Glen Erin Dr., Mississauga.
Now I need to see which docs to bring lol, maybe if anyone has a list, I would really appreciate of what to bring there Thanks!
i just contacted IRCC and they said my file has been transfered to Mississauga ,
i live in Hamilton, On, i dont know why they send my file to mississauga..!!
my application was received on Feb 2019,
reading few pages on this thread, really frustrated me on getting citizenship before end of this year because of extreamly slow process in mississauga.
how to request my file to be processed in hamilton since i live here...!!
the agent said , your test will be in hamilton but now it is processed in mississauga...!!
lol, maybe if anyone has a list, I would really appreciate of what to bring there
