It could take few hours to one month to get ppr... nobody can predict

Hope so, but living in Iraq is the major factor responsible for this delay I guess. All my Pakistani friends got the PR within 90 days.

I order after 3 months. Notes arrived after a month and said nothing started. File was left untouched since it was transferred to Ottawa on Dec 17.

It was picked up Apr 18 as I received RPRF request, then two more ADRs the next week. Now waiting for another ADR

So notes won't help much in my case as well but gonna order now that it's been almost 5 months already.

It does help but it's outdated by the time it arrives. So order it

Who knows maybe your PPR will arrive before the notes
