Hi All,

After waiting for 3.5 years, I got ADR for proof of employment, proof of funds, updated PCC and Schedule A on May 12. I wanted to know when submitting proof of employment do we have to submit documents till the present employer or till the one that I had submitted in the PR application.

Also they had mentioned in the pdf:

Client Information: Receipt of information from client Evidence in support of work experience like employment offer letter, Income Tax Returns, Form 16 and salary slips.

Does this mean that I have to submit all the above documents or any will do?

Please share your views on this.

You need to submit till the present employer. That's why they are sending an ADR. The one you submitted earlier is already on file with them right? They want to know the changes after that.

You better send all of that since they mentioned these specifically. Your employment offer letter, Income Tax Returns, Form 16 and salary slips will need to match and this is basically the proof of your employment.

Merge and use the two slots in the portal to upload, you can also have a short cover letter explaining this. Also send them all via webform.

Just to know. Is it possible to have request for remedical twice? After 3.5 years I was Ask to do remedical and status was pass After three day of submision, but it is almost more than 6 months, without any informations/ update within my profile. Any one with this type of experience ? Any advice ?

@TheMapleDream @Lizgeo @sfvan We just recd the RFV today. The journey has finally come to an end. AOR was Oct 13, 2018. I then added my spouse (Jan 2020) and kid (Dec 2021) to the application. We are now expecting another kid in Nov 2022, so will be travelling after adding our child to the application.

We are now expecting another kid in Nov 2022, so will be travelling after adding our child to the application.
