every VO is slow.. mine is Sydney now. earlier it was Vegreville.. then Ottawa.. and now Sydney

True IRCC sucks!, But I wonder why it changes so many VOs, I believe 2 is max.

my file was initially in Vegreville which closed down.. and all the files were transferred to Ottawa .. I know plenty of people and their files were delayed because of this reason. I do not know what they are doing with my file.. it is just travelling to different parts of Canada.. LOL

Called the Call center and they are saying the officer put a deadline of November, 2019 (For AOR May, 2018) to process my file and they cannot generate a request until that deadline has not been passed!

are they kidding? November is too far.. whats wrong with CIC? we need to make decisions in our life,we cnt make coz of this stupid wait. Accept it or reject it.. very simple.. whats the point of giving us this much headache..

They just said that they're 'pleased to inform me that everything appears to be in order with my application' nothing else.

I think you are right! When you have a work permit I think and a single applicant, you are at the end of their priority list unfortunately. Express Entry May,2018 AOR to be processed in Nov, 2019 is injustice.

Interesting, because that's exactly my case: Single, Work Permit until May 2020. I met a guy who applied with his wife and two children from Mexico, he got his PR for all his family members within 5 months! I just don't understand how come the priority isn't people who are already living and economically active in Canada, paying taxes etc? it really is unfair.

i cnt say that!!! I am on implied status and waiting for my BWP from last 3 months. No luck in PR and BWP. I am not single applicant. I have dependant as well. I think all of us are stuck at eligibility. As per my knowledge, you need to pass eligibility 1st to get good outcome on your file.
