Can somebody please advise what should be the filled in the INTENDED OCCUPATION Column for parents who are 57 years old and retired back home?

Intended Occupation = NONE

You don't have to submit PCC , Medical exam, or biometrics with your application.
IRCC will instruct you once they start your application processing but its better to submit biometric fee with the application

no I am asking with application form what are all the supporting document i need to submit?

Yes you have to fill out a separate form for your mother as well

Guys, In Background Deckaration form, it says "I agree that by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application".
We are sending paper application though. Still just typing the name is enough? Or should the PA hand sign it?

Hi, Even though it says electronic sign, but refer to invitation letter, It says do the handwritten signature.....

One other question guys still confused about , my income meets the income requirements for 4 people do i still need to put my wife as a co-signer? and on the financial requirement form do i need to provide her SIN number and her locations where she worked? thanks again.

It's totally upto you. If you meet the income requirement, you are eligible. That's it. It doesn't matter if you earn $10 more or $100000000 more.
So, adding a co-signer is not gonna make any difference.
Someone in the forum pointed out that if the main sponsor lost his/her job during processing while partner is still in job, having him/her as co-signer would be useful.

If your parents are using you as their representative, then you also need to fill IMM 5476

Correct, It is the right format to fill this part

This is correct. People are confusing Gross Income with Line 150 of NOA. They are not the same, especially for Self Employed people.

If you are not sure about UCI, leave it blank. For application number, just leave it blank. We do not have an application no. yet at this stage.

I have query below:
My mother name in her passport: Kantaben Patel
In the Interest to sponsor form: Kantaben Patel
But in my birth certificate (sponsor birth certificate that has to attached), mother name is: Kanta Patel

I am wondering would CIC allow above discrepancy? If not, what other documents that I need to attached to prove that its same person (Kantaben Patel and Kanta Patel)

I have posted this earlier wondering any suggestions \ thought process?
