IMM0008enu_2d - My father has only one dependent (my mother) and therefore I dont need to fill additional dependent form.

That is correct.(IMM5476 may or not apply. It's only needed if you want someone to represent your case). Dont forget IMM5771e(Checklist)

In my case we have birth certificates (sponsoring grandparents, so 2 BCs needed) )but not the names of the person and parents. I plan to attach the certificate and provide an explanation letter with additional docs for relationship proof. Any thoughts if this is good enough?

How should you fill out the employment information in the "Financial Evaluation of Parents/Grandparents form"?

If yes, then what do we show in 2019 gross income? Should it be coming from your payslip? For 2018, 2017, 2016 you can document the gross income from the T4 slips.

Thank you for your help. Yes I am filling that form out in order to assign myself as a representative for my parents. not paid representative. Yes Checklist is also part of the package.

You need to specify the amount that you paid yourself from the incorporation bank account. Any earnings still in the company account may not be counted as your income (that is company's earning, not yours). Your gross earnings are what you pay personal taxes on.

Yes, correct. You can pay the biometric fee along with the other fees.

I am still confused with sending the validated forms via email for signs or via courier.
My only concern is what if the validated bar codes donot get printed properly on the other side.
Are people in the same boat as me or is this not too much of a concern.
Especially for people whose parents are in India.

If he is not a co-signer, you should not add his income.

One other question guys still confused about , my income meets the income requirements for 4 people do i still need to put my wife as a co-signer? and on the financial requirement form do i need to provide her SIN number and her locations where she worked? thanks again.

Got a quick question for you guys regarding Family Sponsorship.

1. I received the invitation yesterday (I forgot about it), but happy to have it.
2. For the Proof of Income, I have the following for the last 3 years:

• 2018 - About $55K
• 2017 - About $14K (I only worked 4 months as my WP expired and I awaited my PR for 8 months).
• 2016 - About $42K
• For 2019, I am expecting to make between $70-$80K

Am I still okay to apply or should I forget about it until next year as I don't meet the 2017's minimum? Please advise.

You don't need to translate. You don't need to notarize.
As long as, the document is either in English or French, you are good to submit as it is.
