That timeline sounds reasonably within 20k . Just hoping others after 12.06 and email confirmation after 2pm also get it!!

I think IRCC will send email to all 27K who submitted and got the confirmation number. Now, after June 28, IRCC will know how many of those applications are INCOMPLETED and would get RETURNED/REJECTED, and the remaining is expected to be 20K.
What interesting to know is, what if out of 27K, there are MORE THAN than 20K applications completed/eligible, what then would IRCC do?

they will only send 20k emails and stol after that and will resend emails again to spare if the cap for 20k completed applications is not met. This is confirmed from internal source.

i have my landing paper where it has client ID, but since my status changed from PR to citizen, the ID would have changed?

UCI always stays the same. I had the same UCI on my TRV, student visa, off-campus work permit (does not exist these days), regular work permit and PR card. I am not sure about citizenship certificate since I do not have one but PR card has two numbers. One is PR card number and the other one is UCI. Same with work permit, student visa, etc.

Do not do medical and / or biometrics now. Look at the very end of the document checklist. It is highlighted in BOLD.

I would pay biometrics fee in advance though. When you spend $1, 040 per person another $85 is not going to break you.

my citizenship certificate number starts with B, it gave me error saying it should all be digits

Same is my issue i dont have any client id number coz i dont have pr card anymore wts the solution

There is a barcode and your confirmation number from the first email you received on January 28. The letter comes as a PDF attachment.

Are we all going to receive invitations?

I saw someone here who received the confirmation email with the timeline 1-56 est on Jan 28. That is 20k-27k range
