Anybody??

P.S. I had submitted a document in mid-January via the webforum and had gotten a confirmation e-mail of my submission immediately. However on Friday I submitted 7 webforms with attachments but didn't get an acknowledgement for any one of them.
It takes 45 days for cic to respond to webform inquiries so start counting from the day u sent the first one

Hi @bushra1122, I guess there is no other way... Maybe wait until tomorrow evening since you submitted them all on Friday and if you don't hear anything then submit another (8th) webform inquiring about the status of the previous 7?
Initially when I called ircc on Friday to see if I could mail out the papers, the agent said it was best to follow the instructions on the procedural fairness letter, which only gave the option of submitting documents via the webform.

Now the agent also said it takes 5 to 10 business days to process the webform (taking the submitted attachments and connecting them to the right application).

My 30 days to respond to the letter end on May 2. So I'm now really worried about how I should make sure the files I submitted are attached to the application. Because if for some reason they're not by May 2, I won't have any proof that I submitted them since I got no confirmation email this time around.

My concern isn't so much their response. It's making sure whether they got the documents I submitted or not. Last time I submitted the docs I got confirmation email. This time around I didn't. And I'm really worries because whatever I submitted is in response to the procedural fairness letter and the deadline is May 2.

Yeah I it took me 50days+ to get dm..... When I saw ur update I almost died cos we have the same timeline it got to a point I stopped coming on this platform and I forgot about my application tho I worried a bit but at last I got a dm waiting on my landing letter
Although our timelines are same, I'm sure the circumstances are different.

But I can understand your worry. Now you can rest assured! I hope you get the landing letter really soon.

Tomorrow give them a call tomorrow to verify if they received the last documents you sent to them... And also order gcms note as well

Haven't checked my status in a while, checked today, says DM on both applicant and sponsor. I know on my end, as sponsor, when you click for details it says a letter was sent out on DM made, which I received back in March. When I click on applicant's details, nothing new is there about the decision.

What does this mean? Should we be expecting a letter for interview soon?

Any help is appreciated -- hope this is a good place to post this.

Is CoPR doc received by mail? Or at the interview office?

I am confused with my situation. I received an email inviting me to an interview (pasted below). I am going to be outside of Canada during that date and requested a reschedule by email (as it mentioned to do so in the email) but haven't heard back. It's not an emergency but I am out of town so that's my reason. I do not have the CoPR (but not sure that I would have been sent one?)

Basically --
1. I am worried that my reschedule request got lost and it'll mess things up.
2. I am reading that I can do my landing interview at a border instead of with appointment. Would be great! And faster likely. Cause that would mean, when I come back to Canada in in a couple weeks, I can get confirmed then? But I don't have a CoPR....

I received this by email ----

Sep 27 application....still waiting ~~~even no ghost update:(
I am sorry to hear that you haven't had any updates. Considering where you applied from, it is quite unusual to take this long unless your application is being processed at the Montreal Innovations Hub. That being said, you should contact the Call Centre tomorrow and ask where your application is being processed. If they confirm it as Montreal, you can expect at least another month or two to get any updates as the applicants from June to August are just starting to get some updates. Otherwise, maybe order your GCMS notes to get hold of the officers' notes and see what is causing the delay through: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/.

Good luck!

I couldn't get through to any ircc agent yesterday so I decided to resubmit my documents today.

The web forum had an update that said: "the web form is currently having some issues with email responses. You may not get an email confirming that we got your request. We're still getting all the requests and we'll answer you by email. We're working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible."

So I guess I'll call in on Thursday (the deadline) to make sure they got my submission.

How long does it take to get landing letter after getting DM in Ontario?
It probably depends on which office you will be landing at. We did our interview in Ottawa, we got the interview letter about a week after DM, and our interview was about 2 weeks later.

Did my landing interview yesterday in Etobicoke - it was so fast! we arrived a half hour early (i was nervous lol) and they gave us a number to sit in the waiting room. We waited for maybe 10 minutes and they called us up. I gave the agent my documents and they had me check that the information for the CoPR was correct, then asked a few questions (have you ever committed a serious crime in Canada, been denied a visa, etc.) and gave me my CoPR! I was out of the office 20 minutes before my interview was even meant to happen. I still need to change my SIN to a permanent SIN and then I just need to wait for the PR card to arrive.

Good luck to all of those waiting - it will happen for you too!

How soon have people received their landing interview letter after seeing DM online (without a letter of DM on PA)? Etobicoke will be the office we'll have an interview (according to the agent).
