Well I guess you missed out on hearing the entire option list at the end. So after the automated reading out of the status they do give you an option to tap 0 zero from the keypad which is to transfer the call to an agent.

Edmonton has a lot of applications! In fact, as per gmcs notes, my original vo name is cpc vegreville - i googled it and turns out it was closed in September. So all the applications from that office went to edmonton. So it's definitely a good sign that they are still working on applications

BCG in progress: March 27th 2019
ADR: April 8th
Application updated: April 17th 2019
Called CIC on April 18th 2019: Was told everything has been approved, just wait for the email which will contain further steps to complete this application.
