WES Timeline/Tracking 2019

Hello everyone, I submitted my application on 19 Nov 2018. Documents sent directly by university and received by Wes on 15th Jan. For around 1 month the status was We are reviewing your document. On 22 Feb 2019 the status got change to "On Hold", one month later on 1st April 2019 again it's back to in progress - we are reviewing your documents. And since then the last status date got changed thrice on 1st then on 3rd then again on 4th April. Anyone else at similar situation, How long I have to wait to get my ECA? In my account it is showing 35 days processing time Its already more then 3 months now since docs received by Wes.

This “when will I receive our documents” have bcome a mystery now a days..
I am in a same boat... waiting for evaluation to start.... dont know when will it happen
So, for you also... wait is the only option

When were your documents received by WES? And after how many days did the status change for you? Thanks.

So i got a reply from wes saying that they have share the documents with the university for verification.

Lets see, how much time does it take from here.

1. I sent all the required documents to WES and, according to the courrier service tracking, the package was delivered 2 days ago on April 10th. But there's no update in my WES accound yet, it still say that they haven't recieved my documents. How long does it usually takes from the delivery until the status is actually changed to "recieved"?
2. And the second question is, do you get a notification about any updates by e-mail? Or should I check for updates manually?

They have received my documents on 11th of march and I got update on 10th of April that they are reviewing my evaluation report. I also got an update on 18th of March that they are reviewing my docs

As far as I know it’ll take atleast 3-4 days to update.

You’ll have to login to ur WES account ti check for the update as we won’t get any notifications...
