I just got an update that evaluation is now in progress. Documents were received by Wes on 21 Feb. I got 2 more updates on 25 Feb and 6march to say. we have received your documents. "we are reviewing your documents." There was no other update until today. My question now is I sent 2qualifications for evaluation 1 bachelor's and 1 diploma. However on my account I can only see bachelors documents have been accepted but no mention of the diploma. Does this mean the diploma has been rejected?

That's where they have a lack of transparency as you wouldn't know why it is getting updated multiple times with the same status. I speculate that they change the date of the same status in the event of the verification of each document.
