Yeah I know its just with my condition right now being pregnant. I dont know if I can travel far to have an interview . Or if I am still allowed to travel by plane if that time will come.

Yeah well, just hope for the best, not much to say. Most of cases don't need an interview

Hey waiting for my medical to say pass. I made an appointment to do biometrics April 3rd. After that I guess the real wait begins

I can see the application in process on ECAS from this morning, application received Feb 22. No AOR yet though.
Is there any chance of CIC returning my application now ??

called CIC and they said application was returned 3 days ago. There will be a letter with it which will have the details. They said its because of a missing form. I think its IMM5562 but we'll find out soon. I applied when my wife and son were out of the country. now they are in Canada visiting. does that change our situation and the class of application? i'm not sure how i can provide documents like common bank accounts and stuff since she only has visitor status in Canada.

but i've heard inland can be slower. my wife has no plan to work soon so the work permit will only help with getting DL or health card.

Yeah but you asked for an outside situation and now she is in.... they probably looked and saw her entry. it's rarely good to try to have your wife in canada while you do sponsorship from outside.

i think your case deserve an immigration lawyer cause is tricky. Wait for the letter but i wouldn't know what to say as advice on this.

For real I keep checking my email and accounts ever so often and what ever they ask for I jus do it earliest date possible as i don' t want to be the one holding up the process.
