I was able to finally link the application. One thing I kept entering wrong is the "Number of applicants on this application including PA". I kept entering 1, but it finally worked when I entered 2. Good Luck everyone!

Which info did you use? I used Application number, UCI number, passport details. Did you try these?

It might be worth trying with passport details once. Also make sure you enter 2 at the end.

Just tried with passport its not working more and yes 2 at the end. 5 tries failed now i'm locked for 24 hours *sigh*. Gonna call directly there to ask what's going on and which info are wrong cause i put everything according

Just read one post in December forum (who is about to get PPR). His status changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." from
Your background check in progress. We will send you a message when we start background checking"

Mine is showing "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." since the day I have linked the application. Does that make any difference? just wondering if anyone knows?

Interview is most likely they are not 100% sure about you are saying OR they feel a fraud around and wanna clear that possibility. It's really not everyone

I just realized that you can check ECAs on both sponsor and PA's side. I never checked under sponsor's side (which is me) today I checked and it says Decision Made under Sponsorship Application Status. What does that mean? Is it SA?

And I didn't get any email. SA email was received on March 15.
