Yep, sent using Fedex Priority yesterday, delivered to CPCO today.
Note though, even though I sent it to 365 Laurier Av. West as they requested, it was delivered to 2303 Stevenage. Apparently this is OK:

Due in Ottawa tomorrow! Did any Dec AOR US residents with PPR overnight theirs instead of doing ground like me? If so, have they returned your CoPR yet?

I also sent mine overnight through FedEx on the 27th and it arrived on the 28th. It was marked as signed for at the front desk slightly before noon. I did not see any listing of a change in address in the shipping details so I assume that it was delivered to the original address I copied from the PPR email. I also paid for overnight shipping on the return as prior to learning that my application would be complete I was planning a trip to visit friends in Canada around mid April. If everything goes smoothly I should be able to do the landing process on my flight in and celebrate with them the next day.

They may not have such information, but it's always worth a shot (instructions on how to call IRCC are in my signature). I was answering someone else's question there. I don't know what you need help figuring out.

Thank you for the answer. I have not called them so I didn't know that the agents do not have this information but it makes sense.

Its a atter of patience, i once had to wait for 49mins after trying 4 times and getting directed to autoreply. Keep trying u will get through eventually

I did not say I could not speak to an agent. I am saying that when i dial the number i get a response that I cannot make calls to this number. It sounds like I have been blocked. Just want to know if anyone has had that experience.

You can only call the 888 number inside Canada. If you call the 613 number, you must block caller ID. Or use an app that doesn’t send it like Hangouts or Skype.

I am actually calling the 613 number....but lemme try blocking the caller Id.
