1. land border Saint-Bernard-de-Lacolle
2. airport border (upon your return from abroad)
3. by appointment at IRCC by calling 18882422100 (1010 Rue Saint-Antoine West, Montreal
Than permanent residence card will be mailed directly to your home by IRCC

Right, so I get to choose the way I aquire my landing document or do they randomly specify a method ( one of the three mentioned above ) ?
