Are you sure about this? On my CSQ I have Accra Ghana as my Federal VO but all correspondences we got after CSQ came from Central Intake Office Novia Scotia Sydney Canada.

Now I understand your meaning ,,, You must receive 2 AOR first time from NS Visa Office then receive second AOR By E-mail from your processing Visa office ( show where is your application and which visa office receive your document to process ) Like my Case my Visa Office is Beijing but my file now processing in Hong Kong after finish from Hong Kong Visa Office then send to Beijing visa office
Hi Everyone!
I went through the link here above and According to my perspective this 20 months process is till you get PR card in hand in Quebec.
It's not till you receive Visa . You may get your visa between 16th - 18th month or could be early and the last two months is for the PR card . what do you say guys?

Dear Mohan :- I correct to you that they mean the average processing time is 20 month as some case will take 12 to 15 month until get PR and some other case with take arround 20 to 24 month or even 30 month to get PR . It just depend on many differents factors.

I am really sorry but I don't have the right answer.
Have you tried to call IRCC?
I am not sure but you might fill the form once again and write an explanation and forward it to MIDI.
No i haven't contacted anywhere ?
I think right now our case is in background checking stage.
do you think this mistake can have any effect on our case as we were informed at the embassy on the day of interview that they have selected our case to be sent to Canada for further formalities?

I hope there will be no issues.
As long as it is in background check it seems ok, however you might make the call to CIC
I pray for you to get the great news

Hi all,
A quick question to the ones that have contacted CIC through their webform about your application having exceeded the processing time. Have you received any useful information from them at all so far? It's the second time I get a response similar to "everything is fine, we will let you know as soon as there is a decision", without telling anything about what they are currently doing with the application. I just wanted to check if anyone managed to get something out of them and if so how did you word your message to get them to spill the beans.
