Just out of interest. Must a QSW PR land(first entry point in Canada) in Quebec territory first, or you can land in another Province and then transit to Quebec province? What's your thought?
My application is still on the stage "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."
I applied on May 2018, is this normal?

According to my knowledge, you Applied for Quebec PR and you must land in Quebec and complete the pending PR procedure. Once that is done then you can go to any part of Canada.
I had the same question and called the doc office, but he told me that without the reference number on the request paper they can not do the medicals. You have to wait.
It's not necessary the MR to come after 3-6 month, mine came after 14 month. I have a friend who applied July 2018 and he is still waiting for MR.
Congratulations! We have the same APP, I noticed on the excel table that 3 person around me got PR for the last 2 days.
Did you receive biometrics request?

Only the conditions on your CRP would determine your destination city. This condition will be written on your CRP by the immigration officer when you land.
But from my point of view, you stay in the city you declared on your application for at least a certain time then you can move where you want to.
I just received my CSQ. I am Iranian and I currently reside in Switzerland. Do any of you have any experience translating non french or non english documents in Switzerland? For the PR application!
Congratulations for your CSQ
