Hey guys just to let you know that I saw "profile update" in the PR application status around this last midnight. After some hours it turned back to "submited" but the background check changed to IP2 stage. My app was received on August 31, 2018. Here is the message shown in BG:

We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information

Hey guys just to let you all know I got the AIP for the principal applicant yesterday. Background check is still at same step.

My wife has already requested her OHIP. They stated she needs to wait more 3 months until the card arrives even though she has been living in here since June last year. I thought they would consider that date for the grace period purposes.

its anyone from Quebec? seems like quebec is slower than the rest of canada.....

My husband and I live in Quebec and our application was received on Aug. 22. Eligibility is still not yet being reviewed. What's your status?
