As per IRCC, passports were delivered on February 25

Yes, but it was really weird. It's activated yesterday evening and tomorrow yearly morning it was delivered without any updates that it's out for delivery. Looks like tracking information really lagging.

I think you should wait. A rep told me on Monday that if you did not get an email reminding you to send the passport it means they have it and it might be that the officer has not updated the system. Sometimes they might not even update until they have sent the COPR back to you. Hang in there

We have a similar timeline, and the same person signed. I sent my passport on Feb 20, delivered on Feb 22. No update so far!

If you're using FedEx, you can enable text/email notifications for when your package is handed over to Fedex. Other carriers might have similar options.
