What options do you guys press when calling CIC? I'll call them tomorrow, I sent my passport on Mar 20! My friend sent in the same and already received it back.

Well, my journey ends here, exactly 2 years and 11 months after arriving in Canada.
Here’s my timeline:
PPR Feb 13
Passport sent Feb 13
Out for delivery since Feb 18 with no updates (Canada Post Xpresspost)
Approved Feb 27
Return tracker activated March 4
CoPR arrived March 5
Landing (Emerson, MB) March 5
I couldn’t believe how unnecessary rude the officer was during the whole “interview process”, it looks like some of them have fun not caring about other people’s lifes.
I was only asked about any previous criminal offense and if there was any other dependent than what was listed on the document and that was it.
This forum has been very helpful during this long and not clear process. To those who are still waiting I wish best of luck. It takes time but everybody’s time comes.

If ur file is approved after sending the passport , it means they recived it

As everyones whos passport is in ottawa on 22 is delivered but not updated by the canada post .

Just called CIC, the only information I received by the officer is that my COPR was printed, but he can't confirm when it was received and if it was delivered. I sent my passports on Feb 20, delivered on Feb 22. Return tracking code still not available.

Hi guys. I called CIC about a DM a month ago and they told me they have sent me a request for passport a month ago, but when I checked my email I did not find anything there since last month. They told they will resend it. I don’t know, is this a common thing that do happen?
