I am trying to upload my parent's pcc to my online account. I have some questions and hope some one here could help me:
The link to up load pcc are all under my father's name, he is the primary applicant. Is this normal? Should I phone Immigration to have them add the link under my mom's name? Also it ask for expiry date for the document, which I don't see on my parent's PCC. What should I put down?
Also, there's a link to upload Proof of Upfront Medical Exam and required by Mar 22/2019. My parents did the medical already. According the medical exam request letter and the doctor, the result should be uploaded by the doctors. Did any of you get that link as well?

You can merge both PCC for your father and mom, creat one pdf file and upload it.
For proof of upfront medical exam, your parents should ask the doctor to complete and give them Upfront Medical Report IMM 1017B. This form confirms they have done their exam. Then you upload it.

Just realized the form IMM 1017B is for people who did the medical exam before they submit the application. However, my parent's medical exam were requested after we submit the application. And my parents said their doctor will upload result directly for them. In this case, do I still need IMM 1017B?

You said IRCC asking for proof of upfront medical exam. That would be the proof.
You can contact IRCC and double check with them. They may have asked it mistakenly. However I wouldn't ignore their request.
