hi, so after resubmitting the photos it took again more than 40 days for you right? in my case i resubmitted PR card photos on 18th December (delivered on 21st December).
1) Landing on 25th October
2) Photo resubmitted on 18th December (21st December arrived ).
I landed on 20 Dec @Peace Arch. I have linked my PR card application to my CIC account and the status is submitted. But my date of application is shown as 31 Dec. Is this normal? Are people's date of application different than their date of landing? Should I consider 45 days from my date of application or date of landing? Thanks!

I landed on Dec 21, 2018, but I linked my PR card to my CIC account on Jan 18, 2019. As the result, my date of submitted is shown as Jan 18, 2019. I believe you should consider 45 days from date of landing.

Nov 19 2018: Recieved two copies of CoPR (one with photo and another one without) from IRCC asking me to do landing
Nov 20 2018: Due to my current residing area wrote an email to IRCC request to do landing via interview
Dec 03 2018: receive a notice regarding scheduled interview. Interview scheduled on Dec 14 2018
Dec 14 2018: Landed via scheduled interview (IRCC office in Vancouver). The interview took 10 mins (friendly, quick, short and simple). The officer congrats me “you are now a PR”. Mailing address provided during the interview. One of the CoPR copies (the one with photo) was taken by the officer. The one without the photo I keep.
Still waiting for my first PR card at this point ...
