For those with photo requests, I recommend attaching the courier delivery confirmation on the webform you send to CIC. They always replied me with automated messages, but the first time I attached the delivery confirmation they forwarded it to the PR card processing center and 2 days later I got the ghost update. It might have been coincidence but it doesn't hurt to try. Good Luck!

Family of 4 (2 adults 1x 16 and 1x17 children)
Landed Oct 9 in Niagara (already living in Canada so just did a U turn at the border)
Photo Request for all 4 of us. Dec 3rd but got to us Dec 17th
Photos sent Dec 20th via courier.
Waiting....
Our file is under our attorney so we can not see ANY updates online....

E-mail from CIC asking new photos = Dec 07 2018
Sent photos = Dec 10 2018
Delivered = Dec 13 2018
No news after that.

Almost exactly the same timeline as mine. I also haven't received any news yet.
 
landed Oct 13, resubmission request Dec 6, fingers crossed..should be next day or two for early Dec's
