Started processing 9 Jan
Bgc not yet started and eligibility being reviewed
That’s why was asking about transfer just to get an idea of Ndvo speed currently

My Wife got a Visa Stamp in her password Expires Apr 20th of 2019.
She wants to leave on april 1st 2019 to come to canada.

Does she need to do a Police clearance(again) to leave mumbai.

or just leave mumbai and show the visa stamp in the passport?

-the reason i ask is because she got her police clearance at the start of April 2018 last year ( i thought they expire after 1 year )

police clearance is for issuance of Visa not for entry, so it doesn't matter. At the border they check your passport and Visa stamp, not any other documents like PCC, Aadhar, Medicals. So, don't worry at all
