May be. As I checked this morning it was not updated. Then I checked around 5 pm still not updated. After that checked around 5:40 pm and it was updated. But at BSL website it is still showing "Processing at Consulate General"

If its 5.40 pm then it is 5.10 am in India so not possible the new delhi will update the status

We don't know who did that but it was updated yesterday #documents received at Vancouver

Applied at BLS (physically present) center in downtown Vancouver 5-DEC-2018
Date Of Acknowledgment 11-DEC-2018
Documents Printing Status PROCESSED On 04-JAN-2019
Dispatched From MEA (OCI ) NEW DELHI On 07-JAN-2019
Document received At VANCOUVER On 18-JAN-2019

I received the last update yesterday when it was Jan 17th in British Columbia. It means the time stamp on the last line is Indian time stamp. It is only an observation.

I received my OCI today! Puralator tried to deliver it on the 17th but I was away so I got it today after I got back. Good luck everyone!

For surrender certificate it took one week to deliver after dispatch. Although I live just 50 km away from surrey.

So, I see updates on BLS website. It looks like they gave package to FedEx today. There is an Airway Bill Number available now on the website.

Last time they updates airway bill number with FedEx. But it was with Purolator. Ha Ha.
And still no update for me.

So, I see updates on BLS website. It looks like they gave package to FedEx today. There is an Airway Bill Number available now on the website.

So, today, I checked the status on BLS again. It is as same as yesterday. There is an Airway Bill Number associated with FedEx. Perhaps, it is a typo or FedEx collaborates with Purolator.

Anyway, Airway Bill Number shown on BLS is the tracking number for Purolator. While tracking on Purolator website, it shows that package was picked up on Jan 21st from Vancouver.
