OCI process

I was joking.It should be by air may be they haven't updated website or they send bunch of oci together

Oh ha ah okay , well I called bls and they told me it can take 1 or 2 weeks

How did u receive acknowledgment is it through email or letter. i applied my kids OCI on 4th january waiting for it. BLS website says "
Processing at Consulate General".

I received it in mail when BLS returned my original landing paper. Received as a note stapled to the envelope which had my landing paper.

Congrats...how come on earth it took 16 days for OCI to reach from New Delhi to Vancouver ? a simple courier can take 3 to 4 days max ....

Thanks. May be it delayed due to Christmas/Pongal holidays. May the person/staff who update the status, took off along with Christmas/Pongal holidays.

Yes now atleast 1 week to bls and then they will ship it to me
