she has 4 lacs in A bnk account
n 3 lacs in B bnk account..
B bnk acc is slry account and from same EMI for home loan being deducted ..
Ques from her is , should she transfer money from B bnk acc to A bnk acc and show only bnk A acciunt as POF ? in this situation , no home loan details will be disclosed by her....
if she does so , A bnk account will not reflect any slry deposits.... in tht situation if they ask for statement showing salary deposits later in the process , they will also see the EMI deductions for hone loan...
will this become misrepresentation of not showing any liabilities ?

be genuine with IRCC while producing documents..
in ur case , move to A account and show the required fund and produce required statements ( 6 months + ) and also get signed letter from bank while submitting the docs...
