Loan statement query

Hi guys,

I currently have a loan to repay and should be able to pay it off in the coming 2 months. I however have to furnish my documents in the next 1 month. I thus am planning to declare my outstanding loan amount to CIC. In this regard, what are the details required on the banks letter apart from my account number, outstanding amount, loan acc opening date and contact details of the bank.

Do I also have to provide the EMI statements for the last 6 months ? I will be showing a total of 17200 CAD as POF while my loan outstanding in CAD is 3000$. Do you guys see any issue in this?

On the day you submit your funds letter it will say +$xx in savings and -$xx in loan. Just make sure that

$xx savings - $xx loan = min funds.

But should the reference letter also mention the payments made in the past 6 months or just the current outstanding ?

Anyone who has done this in past or going to submit the pending loan amount ?
