8 months completing..CEC only medical passed. stuck in eligibility review required. File is at ottawa. waiting for 2nd set of notes. Already uploaded a document without any request from cic. god kows when they gonna touch my file. its so heartbreaking.

Hey, husband received his landing interview email just a couple of hours ago I emailed CPC Ottawa for updates just before Christmas, as it had been 2 months since approval. Just figuring out how will they process mine as I'm not based in Canada at the moment.

Hoping that the rest get some positive updates soon too.

That's great news. Finally, he got something after a long wait and I think you will hear something soon too. And, I thought they are closed or not working with full capacity but I think I was wrong lol.

By the way, how long does it takes to get the notes? I requested it in the second week of the month and is wondering if the holidays would be counted or not?

Officially, they were off on the 25th and 26th, and they would also be off on the 1st. But a lot of people do take their leaves around this time so they may be slow. Should resume in full capacity in the first week of Jan.

The notes take 35 ish days. We've gotten ours as little as 34 and as long as 3 months. Best to email them for an update on the 31st day.

least a month.. up to 3 months

no update for me
the only recent update was my medicals got expired. so I do not know they will ask us to do it again.. seems like they did not extend it.
I have joined several whatsapp groups. there are many people who are in review required since Jan and Feb 2018.
