I have a query as we are december 2017 applicant. Our file was transferred to NDVO on 27april 2018. And after that ee did not hear anything or no updates in the ecas or gc key. But today i checked my ecas it has 5 lines since the file was transferred to ndvo but today it is showing 6 lines. They have added 5th line about the medical instructions that was done in april already. So i just want to know if it is just a ecas new format or they have updated something positive about our file. If it was happened to any other member too?

Yes I remember same thing happened to me too when suddenly there was line added about medical instructions sent. Then after a week i got interview email. I was jan 2018 applicant.

I applied sep 13. 2018. got e-mail to pay for biometrics fees on oct 02. since then no update. guessing still waiting for AOR1.

I have concern about one document, can anybody suggest, at this point of time shall I send a document to NDVO or better wait for request from their side.

No you wont get interview but it means they working on your file.

AOR1 -24 may
medical request- june 1
sponsor approval- june 6
medical passed -june 9
file transfer to NDVO(AOR2) -june 26
background check- august 24
DM and pre- arrival november 17
PPR -november 29

I got ppr on same date .. submitted y passport to VO Jalandhar on 30 th November and status shows that it has been transferred to IRCC chandigarh n is being processed there .. how many days do they take in returning stamped passport
