Visa rejected due to following reasons

Hi brryanna, thank you for the prompt reply , further continuing my case

I’ve been refused twice for us/b1/b2 visa in 2016 and 2017 and to mention i had a student visa to usa from 2013-2018 on my old passport (june)and ive lived in us for three years from 2013-2016 and then moved back to india

I was granted hongkong visa in 2014(old passport)
I have been granted schengen visa in 2017
(Old passport)

And i have been rejected twice for canada (new passport) in 2018(September, November), There were no other visa rejections.

My correspondence letter in gc key for second application only shows three boxes ticked1) purpose of visit2)travel history and 3) other reason previous visa denials are not mentioned in the application.
*40(a) is not ticked

For my first application refusal the reasons ticked are 1)purpose of visit2)travel historY 3)financial and personal assets, unlike the second application rejection this following reason (other reason: previous visa denials declaration has not been ticked )

For the second application they were satisfied with my financial documentation but are concerned about me not mentioning the previous USA visa denials which iam totaly unaware of

My questions
1)As 40(a) is not marked i must consider iam not banned right?,
2)And regarding the gcms notes how can i get them?
3) how long should i wait if i have to re-apply

You must always declare all these visa refusals whenever you apply for visas to any country.

I was granted hongkong visa in 2014(old passport)

Hongkong does not count for Travel History.

Which Schengen countries did you visit? For how long? Purpose of the visit?

It's not advisable to only consider the stated refusal reasons. Another visa officer could assess the same application differently and could refuse the application for other reasons.

You've not been banned. You're lucky. Don't make the same mistake again.

You can reapply immediately. However, I recommend you re-evaluate your application as a complete package before you reapply. It's possible that you do not have a strong visa application profile, or else your paperwork lacks critical evidence/explanations

Ive been to france, spain, italy for 12 days in dec 2017, purpose of visit is leisure travel and to watch a football game in madrid.

I was totally unaware of the fact that i ahould mention each every denial in the application, Ya as you have suggested i will surely mention all the refusals in my future applications

Questions:

You must prove your personal/professional circumstances have changed significantly + you must address the previous refusal reasons.

My parents canada visa was rejected 3 times but when they applied for USA visa they got it approved. In the USA application they dont ask about any visa rejection to any other country.

I did not say the OP needed to declare his TRV refusals/any visa refusal to other countries for his US visa application.

Not sure if you're aware that both Canada and the US automatically check the identities of non-immigrant visa applicants against the other country's immigration databases and police databases

They already get to know that you got refusal from Canada because Canada & USA have same system. so keep in mind while interview or filling DS-160 must declare about it.
Hope they will ask you , like why did you applied for Canadian visa what was purpose of visit/relative/friends etc . So be truthful
