I need your help. Do you mind telling me more about any preparation for seeing the Geriatrician. I am so worry as my dad need to see one soon. He cannot remember things clearly now, something about himself such as age, address and even something happened an hr ago. What will the dr ask about? Anything I could help / train him before going to see the Geriatrician?

I suspect he may be Parkinson's disease when he did the mini mental exam of IME, as he scored 0 marks in the recall part and Dr assessed that he is having moderate to severe Cognitive treatment.

I am May 18 applicant. Received email on Nov 7, 2018 asking for principal applicant spouse death certificate. Sent via fax on Nov 8. The ECAS status states in process for both, principal applicant and sponsor. Please update the spreadsheet. Thanks

Hi All,
I am having issues to link my application. I got the file number 2 days ago. Though I can check he Status from Websie using Check Application Status.
I have tried using Application No and My Client ID, Place of Birth. Also I just applied for my mum So I have put 1 as no. Any idea?

Try with number of applicants as (1 your mom + 1 you sponsor + 1 your spouse if co-signer), that's what worked for me.

Please let me know 2 things:
1. What will be the expiry date of PCC if nothing is mentioned on PCC. I have India and FBI PCC of my parents and I need to upload them on CIC.PCC Validity is 6 months from date of production.
2. There is a link to upload medical test. What should I upload. I thought Doctor will be doing it.

If you have a link then you will update the emedical receipt that doctor gave you after you have done medical.
