Seems some problem with OCT 11 processing started applicants.

Hi All

Just a quick question regarding processing, so I posted mine and my wife's renewal application last week, is it correct that I won't hear anything about my application until they've physically picked up my application or will they assign it a unique file number and then leave it on a pile until they get around to processing it.....which more than likely be Jan/Feb 2019?

until they have physically picked up your application unless if its urgent. You will receive you AOR probably in Jan/Feb 2019.
as right now they are working on early and mid August applications.

Because like most of you I've been impatient and would like an update, I called the number posted in this thread and waited for 40 mins on the phone. I was told that our cards are in production now. Rep also said they need to check for errors still and I should give it a few weeks as cards will be mailed by regular mail. Would anyone here know what 'errors' she meant? Or was that just a standard reply?

I called this afternoon and was advised that due to production errors in some batches, the process to finally mailing the card could take roughly 4-6 weeks????... Could it really be another 4-6 weeks .. was sent to production Oct 18. DM October 10. I would like to know if any one else called and got the same response?

Unfortunately it's true. I got the same response when I called.

Hi, when all four lines appear in your status, does it say Decision Made still or Completed?

My application showed decision made on Oct 24. When will the card be mailed to me and when will it show complete. I was hoping to call them only if nothing changes after 2 weeks. It’s been 6days so far

2 weeks. our Pr card process started Oct 11. we received today
