april is gone way to behind, you stayed for another six months after it. it is better to get one while you are there. then leave. it is a safe side.

I noticed when I called the CIC phoneline it said that applications are being processed in an average of 10 months but doesnt seem like things are any faster for anyone.

Long time reader first time poster! Here is my application information. I received Pre-Arrival on October 17 and updated to Decision Made on CAS on October 20. My lawyer still haven't received any further emails. Do you guys think the application is approved and if so when can I expect PPR? Should I contact CIC for an update? Thanks!

I am on the same boat... received pre-arrival Oct 16 and decision made Oct 20. Waiting for PPR now.

When did you send them and did you get any reply back from them?

i sent 3 times throughout my application process. my application was approved in september.

i never got a reply from them to tell me they got my documents, always got an automated reply that they have rcved my email.

Do I have to go thru all of the steps again? When I got it the first time I got a request letter from my embassy and got it attested by the ministry. Then I got the pcc.
Do I have to repeat the same steps or can I take my pcc to the police station and ask them to make an updated one?
How did you got an updated one?

They have just started to process December 2017/January 2018 cases. Hang in there you will see some movement in the next 2-3 months. CIC number is 1-888-242-2100.
