Hello everyone!! I’m march 2018 applicant.
My file got transferred to LVO on 27th June since thn no reply. Anyone with same timeline??

I also applied in March 2018. My file was transferred to LVO on July 6. Since then no reply just like you

Because they come and visit to Pakistan every 3 to 4 months. If they cancelled it now they will come next year now.

while filling up forms i have few questions for the experts here
1. do i have to submit original police certificate with the application now
2. marriage photos. should i get 4x6 inch photos from color lab and write on the back side the details
3.what is a civil union certificate is it available for pakistan
4.do i have to submit my education certificates photo copy as a principle applicant
5.how to provide letters(which letters),printed text messages (is it whatsup),emails(how to take out details of email record),
6.other proof that ur relationship is recognized by ur friends (how to get this), social media information (how to get this)
7.imm5475 (authority to release personal information to a designated individual) is this essential to submit

Hello,
I have filled in the application forms and I believe there are few points on different forms that need an explanation. So, my question is should I attach a separate letter of explanation for every form (that requires explanation ) and attach to the form as a cover letter or is it better to attach a single letter of explanation for all the forms? I'd really appreciate an advice.

just take a plane paper write ur particular explanation and attach underneath that particular form do it for any form that require explanation from ur side

I just wanted to know my case was forwarded to LVO in Mid of July 2018 but no response as yet from them. My sponsor was rejected and final decision will be given by LVO after checking the principal applicant document(that is me) i have requested under section A25(1) for consideration of my application under family class (other relatives).

My question is how long LVO takes to get back to us and will they accept my case under consideration.

I applied on 24th October 2017 outland.(Pakistani National applied from Saudi)
Got Pre-arrival services letter on 2nd October 2018.
Status on GC key is BC in progress.
My question is should I email the CIC about delay after 24th October 2018?

Im an october 17th applicant. I got pre arrival on 28th july and since then no update. Then i inquires on webform about my application status and cic replied on 4th october that it awaits review from immigration officer. My wife sent them an email seperately regarding the status and today they replied that application awaits criminality and security review.
Can anyone help me with this ? At what stage do you think the application is at?

1. I submitted copy of the police certificate with the application
2. copy paste the photos in a word documents and write the details beneath the photo. i put one photo per page and wrote details: what event, which date, who is in the pictures, what is their relation to me or spouse. i grouped the pictures according to events and i explained each event and what it was/meant like mehendi, nikkah, rukhsati, valima etc.
3. i believe they refer to this as the nikkahnama or the nadra marriage registration certificate. submit BOTH. if nikkahnama is in URDU then make sure to submit a certified copy of and a certified english translation.
4. no need, my wife did not submit any.
5. letters/mail/email sent to each other, if any. any communication you had with your wife submit that, whatsapp/viber/sms chat screenshots from your phone (add to word document resize to fit 6 screenshots per page)
6. screenshots of Facebook posts about your wedding, comments from facebook friends on your wedding post etc. written letters from friends detailing they know you and your spouse got married, how they know you, if they attended wedding etc.
7. not essential. this is usually needed if you have a lawyer submitting your case.
