Hi everyone,

June 2018 applicant here, I’m really confused about what’s going on with my case after looking through this forum because it seems like everyone was approved as a sponsor before their file was transferred to the LVO.

I received a letter from CIC on June 27 stating that my file had been forwarded to the LVO, but then in August I got correspondence from the Mississauga office that said I had met the eligibility requirements of a sponsor. But wouldn’t I have had to be approved as a sponsor first before the file was transferred, or is this normal??

filling forms i have few questions
1.it is outland application
do i have to submit original nikkah nama urdu or a photocopy
do i have to attach any of my education degrees or documents
exactly which forms to fill
do i need to submit photos email record or whatsup chat log
my wife is a permanent resident
so who will dispatch all the documents after signing
can she pay the fee in canada
can u send ur mob no so that i can ask all the questions required

Same for me .. i had an intv on sept 17 2018 .. so they sent my hubby a re med request .. asked for updated sch a and pcc .. his bgc went into process on friday .. and just saw on ecas that its DM ..

I hope next week my hubby gets the ppr .. thats would be wonderful ..

exactly which forms to fill - GO TO THE IMMIGRATION WEBSITE, AND FIND THE CHECKLIST .. IT WILL GIVE U ALL FORMS TO FILL, ALONG WITH COUNTRY SPECIFIC ONES TOO
do i need to submit photos email record or whatsup chat log - YES, WHATEVER U CAN PROVIDE .. THEY ASK FOR MAX 20 PICX IN THE APPLICATION, BUT U SEND THEM AS MANY AS U WANT .. MAKE SURE U COVER ALL EVENTS .. ALSO IF U VISITED PLACES OR FAMILY, INCLUDE THOSE AS WELL

Is it easier to land in montreal than toronto? Toronto to me is a very busy airport .. u hv to transfer ur own bags too if u hv a connectin flight .. plus the landin process ..

Any suggestions?

Also, would it be cheaper to cargo an extra bag or pay it at the airport?

Which is your destination? Toronto or Montreal

If its Montreal then you can get Gulf flights landing there, see skyscanner.com for web schedules

No, I have been to Toronto airport a few times and they have good facilities, if you want to land in Toronto and then go to Montreal for some reasons then you can check VIA rail tickets, they might be cheaper than Air options.

Make sure you check the luggage details.

Maybe on Monday, I heard that they need 2 pictures also and the passport needs to be submitted at fedex office. Make sure you have things ready if you want to submit the same day.
