Thank You so much, this is so helpful to me. My next question is;
1) My NOC falls under category A (Information Technology and Engineering)
2) Please can you help with some of the provinces that can easily nominate me without asking for job offer.
3) Can you please give me some guide on how to get provincial nomination.
Many thanks
Hi All
I received my AOR ON 5 JULY 2018.
Medical was passed on 24 July 2018.
Since then haven't received any update and current status says we are checking your eligibility.
yesterday i realised that my representative had chosen the same NOC for my experience of customer service representative and retail store manager.he had choose the NOC(6211) for retail store supervisor instead of NOC(0621) for retail store manager
can someone please guide me is it alright?
according to my representative there is no big deal and they had done it alright.
thanks in advance.
Birth certificates are mandatory, look at this way, how will CIC know that siblings you are claiming points for Canada are actually your siblings? So a birth certificate lists your parents and all siblings, from there CIC can know that, your siblings are in actual your siblings.
I need urgent help from experienced people. I submitted my eAPR on 23 July along with additional documents.
The Proof of funds which I provided did not indicated my current balance, loans (which i have none), average 6 months balance, credit card loans (which i have none). My bank only provided me an official letter head stating that I have account with them since 2015. I submitted electronic 6 months bank statement along with current balance and wrote LOE. However, I recently asked my bank again after I learnt that CIC refuses applications based on my scenario, and another bank employee said that they will provide all deatils as CIC asked.!!!
My question is when I submit the Proof of funds now to CIC, what should I write in LOE, as its already two months since submission of eAPR and it wont look bad for me?
Apologies for long message. Please advise?
Thank you
BR
Ali

have a Canadian diploma earned from India 11 years back. How to include this in education history as WeS can't evaluate it as it is already a Canadian diploma.
I have recently got ITA In October 3rd draw and have below questions. Appreciate your response:
Financial Support : Will fixed deposit statement be considered? or just savings and current accounts.
Family Member Proof of Status : I assume only the PR card of my relative would be good to go?
Proof of sibling relationship : In order to prove the sibling relationship, Does passport of me and my sibling having common parents suffice or do we need to provide any other relationship document as well? If so, then what can i provide?
Education: Do we need to provide the class 10th and 12 documents as well?
Employment records: Can you please assist me what all documents do we need to provide? Also, is job responsibility letter mandatory?
Do we need to fill certain forms as well once we submit the profile.
Dear All, I just submitted my expression entry profile today. But I am confused whether I made a mistake or not,coz I didn’t see anything to give about my dependant children information. Is that ok?Please give me your expert answer and please give me advice how to open job account on my submitted express entry profile. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Hello guys
Does anybody have experince of GCMS Notes?
Like i want to know that how much time will take for receival of GCMS Notes from immigration Office?
Hi.. need some advice..
in my express entry profile I mistakenly wrote dates of one of my employment records from "2016-04 to 2016-06" when in fact it was actually from "2016-04 to 2018-06".. I got to know this while I was updating my information in the port-ITA application. I have now corrected it and have got the experience letter from the employer for the same time period. Now, do I need to write this in an LoE when submitting my eAPR or can I just ignore it as it does not affect my overall score?
any help would be much appreciated...

Hi please am from Cameroon my husband studied in the French part but his degree is both in French and English though French is the main language. Will Wes evaluate it or we need to translate completely to English? Please help
2) Get your language test(s) done. You must get at least CLB 7 in each of the four sections for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW), Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) streams. But getting CLB 10 gives you maximum points for language.
Of course, the more points you have the better. The max is 1200, with 600 of those points coming from your ability to snag a PNP or a job offer with a very hard to get Labour Market Impact Assessment http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp
For CEC applicants, the max is 600 but someone who has no work experience in Canada who is only eligible for FSW can only get up to 520 points.
6) Finally, wait for your invitation to apply (ITA). But in the interim you will need to do the following:
a) Have your application fee (C$550 each for principal applicant and spouse) and right of permanent resident fee (C$490 each for principal applicant and spouse) ready http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/fees.asp
e) contact previous and current employers about them providing job letters. You must have at least 12 months of full-time, or an equal amount in part-time, skilled work experience. Full-time work means at least 30 hours of paid work per week. Work experience while you were a full-time student does not count.
f) research cities in the province(s) where you want to live.
Hi, on the working experience, There are 2 questions. The work experience in Canada and the other general working experience. I got a bit confused there. Can you please advice because I have 9 years working experience on NOC B but have never worked in Canada before.

1) Can I create Express Entry Profile, if I have CRS lower than 350?
2) For PNPs, do I need to create separate Express Entry Profile on their websites?
3) What are minimum CRS to create express entry profile?
Thanks in advance for your support and guidance.
