It seems one of the processing center Vegreville closed in Alberta and moved cases to Edmonton office on Aug 31st 2018. I believe this could be the cause for delay in processing.

Its the 980$ fee for Right of Permanent Residency Fees.

If we include 15 years of work experience will it delay the process?
When we called them the agent told our eligibility is cleared but I don’t why they are delaying further.

yes, but really not fair system.

I do not think so it will delay your processing. MY AOR is same like yours.. but they still say my eligiblity is in process..

Has it ever said that your background check is in progress?

No, the last email I got was 9th June, after which my med passed got updated. Ever since then, nothing! I login my account at least once each day. I am kind of scared now.
