Hello. Goodmorning. I'm Chailin, from Philippines. I just want to ask something. Because my mother keeps on telling me that I can't be included in her sponsorship as dependent child because of I'm pregnant. That's why she told me that it's so sad for me that I can't go with her. My question is can I still be included as dependent child in her sponsorship even though I'm turning 2month pregnant? ? Btw I'm already 21 and unmarried.

Since you are from the Philippines, can we clarify if you are in a "live-in" relationship with the father of your child? If you are, have you been living together for a year or more? If you have, then your mother is correct, not because of your pregnancy but because of your live-in relationship which equals to common-law in Canada. Again, being "single" technically does not make you single in Canadian law. This is a common misconception/excuse given and IRCC knows it.
If the above is unrelated to you, being pregnant should not stop your mother from sponsoring you.

But is there any chance that I can be included in her dependents? What if she didn't put me in her dependents? Is there any possible that it might change and include me??

She was supposed to declare all family members and dependents. She could try and change it before she gets
PR but would need to explain why you weren't declared initially.

I also got no idea why she did that. For what I know maybe because she doesn't want me to go there together with her, or maybe it will take her to a long procedure if she includes me or maybe her husband doesn't like me to go there.
