Did you find out what she did, maybe it's not your step father doing could be her doing but talk to your mom and tell her or ask her if she put you as a dependant or not
Seems like many in the Philippino community think that is the case. The issue is whether you are married or whether you have lived with your bf for 1 year. She may also think it may delay her application. She needs to declare you as her child/dependent or else she will be lying in her application.
I recommend you don't go down this path. It could end your relationship with your mom.
I recommend you talk to your mom and request her to include you as her dependent. She probably has her reasons for not including you. Your pregnancy could delay her PR landing (that could be one reason).
That said, she was required to submit factually correct information about her family members. She has committed misrepresentation by not declaring you. The good news is she can still correct this mistake before she lands as a PR.

I agree with this. Reporting the mother for immigration fraud will destroy their relationship. The mother has a chance to fix this and we do not even know the facts behind the mother’s decision. We cannot judge. OP and her mom need to have a serious talk.
I think she can't blame me if I'll do that to her because I'm almost confused for what she did and whenever I asked her if she includes me in her dependents, she always told me that it's not her fault if I wasn't included in her sponsorship just because I was pregnant..and it's really unfair.
If EVERYTHING the OP is saying is factual then it does not seem right. But we do not know the OP nor her mother. That is the only point I ak trying to make. Making a rash move out of advice that was given without knowing facts from each side is irresponsible.
OP, you are going to be a mother (if this is your first), this is beyond the scope of immigration advice, but as a mother you will need to make careful and well thought out decisions for the good of your child. Start the practice now. My advice remains to speak to your mother and go from there.
Yes. I try to ask her about it. But what's worst is she keeps on ignoring the topic and just feel irritated whenever I talked to her about it..and just I felt that she's not interested to talked about it then..I just stop and ignore her instead. I don't even know why..but it's just so weird.

Maybe your mom is aware that your pregnancy will considerably delay her landing as a PR. If she declares you, she would need to wait until you can go through the medicals and later your baby will need to go through medicals. Not to forget the time required to get a passport for your baby. Regardless of this, she must declare you.
Maybe you can request your grandmom or another family member to talk to your mom. Or your step-dad? Or maybe an immigration consultant who is aware that your pregnancy is not a reason for not declaring you?
