Hi, the process to immigrate to Quebec consists of 2 stages. Obtaining a CSQ and then applying for the federal side. Most of the people on this forum are already on the second stage which is why I recommend you look into other sections of the forum and google into steps to obtain a CSQ. You can get the CSQ via the PEQ (Programme de experience Quebecois) or via QSW (Quebec skilled worker) both programs have different requirements and you need to see which one works best for you.

Hi i want to check with seniors and people who already land experience. When you obtained CSQ, does it interpret already passed the requirement for immigration as Quebec chosen you to issue CSQ. What Federal government stage need to verify in their stage ? Are they repeat the same validation process again as Quebec government ?

No , the federal part is different. The documents they ask for are different depending on your situation. Usually includes some forms, criminal background check, payment and medical exams.

Hi to all in the house. I am new here, and would greatly appreciate your kind assistance. I have been going through the federal stage for some time now, and they have asked me to provide a police certificate from India. I am Cameroonian, but I lived in India for about 8 months, so they require it. My problem is, I don't live near an Indian embassy. Does anyone know someone who can help obtain it from India for me or from the embassy in Nigeria? I will appreciate any help on this.
