If u apply through VFS they will give u the tracking number immediately. It took 10 days to receive the passports back . For some people it took 4 weeks

Applied: Sep 2017
File moved to Delhi VO: Jan 5th 2018
Pre arrival services received: July 13th 2018

Does that mean that she will receive the PPR soon?
Please advise.

In our case, this letter was received before PPR request.

The online needs a week to be updated don't worry . Congrats u will receive PPR WITHIN 10 DAYS maximum . This what happened with me

When did you apply and when was the app transferred. Like the important dates in the app.
 
  1. We received application for permanent residence on October 10, 2017.
  2. We started processing application on May 30, 2018
