I have uploaded the PCC and CV on June.14/2018 and today the permanent resident part of ECAS shows "desicion Made". No email and on MyCIC account still shows that application in progress. Please update the Spread sheet .

I am permanent Resident. Applied for my family immagration in May 2016 who are outside Canada. I also did Public policy to apply for my daughter in Jan 2018 and haven't heard anything since.. Any update or information you have?

In parents sponsorship after landing paper received ( PR ) if dependent would like to come first to Canada and applicant later visit to Canadais it possible ?
I my case my father ( main applicant )plan to visit Canada later (October) but Mom ( dependent) plan to come first ( August)

Is it possible or some concern would be there?

The applicant must accompany dependent.
Applicant can come alone.

I am just curious, if your parents are in canafa but your visa office processing your application is in the home country like my parents’ case is in Manila, Philippines. In PPR, who would issue the visa? I mean where will you send the passports, to ottawa since they are in Canada or to the visa processing office?

There should be an instruction in the PPR letter.

My parents’ application was updated yesterday:

The highlighted line used to say your applocation is in progress.... and yesterday it’s updated to We are processing your background check..... Does this mean they started checking the PCC and the additional documents they asked before and next step will be making the decision?

In our letter, it states to send to the local visa office for parent's country.
Send to Ottawa only if parents are in Canada and plan to stay for another 3 months.
