Meds passed on 18th May and background check has been in IP1 since May 9th
No change after that, no additional docs requested ? When I checked immitracker , people who applied during my timeline ,most of them are in IP2 . I’m getting really worried
after how long is that we should order GCMS notes?

My background status is currently showing “your application is in progress..” and I have read in many posts that it is IP1 and when it’s IP2 the status changes from “your application is in progress...” to “Not applicable” to “we are processing your background check..”

I think it doesn't mean anything. My additional docs are still under review while background check states "we are processing....." As I said before only meds were changing: not needed>>>ADR.>>>review meds>>>meds passed>>> not needed>>> meds passed, while background check was saying "we are processing...." almost from the beginning.

I'm trying my best to stop thinking about it and focus on other things... but at least the weekend goes by quick lol

So seems like they started the background check once I submitted additional documents. Is it common practice?
